1837-es mintájú gyalogostiszti szablya: Acél penge, bőrborítású markolattal, korábbi törzstiszti hüvellyel. Eredeti, jó állapotában. Ez a szablya típus egy történelmi jelentőségű fegyver, amelyet az 1848–49-es forradalom és szabadságharc idején a magyar honvéd tisztek széles körben használtak. Az utolsó, szabadságharc előtt rendszeresített gyalogsági kardként a tisztikar egyik legfontosabb vezénylési eszköze volt.

Pattern 1837 Infantry Officer's Sabre: Steel blade with a leather-covered grip and an earlier field officer's scabbard. Original and in good condition. This type of sabre is a historically significant weapon that was widely used by Hungarian Honvéd officers during the Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1848–1849. As the last infantry officer's sword officially adopted before the War of Independence, it was one of the most important command weapons of the officer corps.

Dieser Säbeltyp ist eine historisch bedeutende Waffe, die während der Ungarischen Revolution und des Freiheitskampfes von 1848–1849 von den Offizieren der ungarischen Honvéd-Armee in großem Umfang verwendet wurde. Als letzter vor dem Freiheitskampf offiziell eingeführter Infanterieoffizierssäbel war er eines der wichtigsten Kommandoinstrumente des Offizierskorps.
